Using the internet as a sales tool can be an excellent idea, but one must be wary of all existing rules and regulations.

Delivery of the vehicle to the buyer MUST occur at the sellers licensed location.
The advertised price of a vehicle is the price,
and shall always prevail. The internet allows you to reach out and make your vehicles available
to a much wider audience. The basics of good customer service will always apply.
Auto Brokering has been around for years, but is often misunderstood, if you take an order for a
vehicle, go to the auction, buy a car, recondition it meeting the smog and safety standards, and
make delivery to the customer YOU ARE NOT BROKERING, you are selling. A broker provides a
link between buyer and seller without ever owning the vehicle.
The broker, with proper documents and license becomes the buyers agent and in essence tenders an offer to the selling dealer
with all of the buyers needs and wants and if the selling dealer accepts the offer with the broker fee built into the deal, the
selling dealer makes delivery of the vehicle and the buyers agent, the BROKER, collects a fee from the selling dealer.
